* The division between Racing classes I and II will be announced at Sunday Oct 3th 2010 15:00 hrs. Written requests for Redress on ratings and class division will be received till 16:00 hrs and be considered by the RC. The RC decision on this Redress will be announced not later than 20:00 hrs. This decision will be final.
 

For safety reasons, the "Rond Bonaire" or "Lac Bay" race, requires participants to have a working VHF radio or cellular telephone on board. Failure to be in the posession of either of these means of communication, may result in the exclusion of the participant for this race.

Us$. 20 - for Microboats (1 goody bag)
Us$. 30 - for all other (single) classes (1 goody bag)
Please pay upon registration at Bonaire. Entries must be handed in
before 14:00 hrs on Sunday October 08th 2005 at “Kas di Regatta”.
Late entries are subject to a US$.15.00 late entry charge.

I hereby agree that The Bonaire Sailing Foundation and any other party involved in the organization and conduct of the Bonaire International Sailing Regatta disclaims any liability for personal injury, personal or material damage whatsoever, sustained prior to, during or after the Bonaire International Sailing Regatta. Your entry in the Bonaire International Sailing Regatta will constitute a declaration of acceptance of all disclaimers made by the regatta.

Further I agree to be bound by the ISAF, the class rules and the Sailing Instructions of the 38th Bonaire International Sailing Regatta organized by
the BSAF.
